EvenUp is looking for a Sales Development Representative I West to join our remote US team. You will grow the top of the funnel through cold outbound campaigns, qualify opportunities for Account Executives, and help shape our outbound strategy with cross-functional partners.

You will build knowledge of our products and markets, research target companies, and maintain precise CRM records to drive early-stage pipeline. This role offers equity, commission, and a path toward broader account coverage.

Competenze

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experienced with generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp's qualification criteria.
• Understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp can solve them.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop outbound strategies to reach them.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to craft effective first impressions for new customers.
• Research companies and add prospects to the outbound list.
