EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I for Southeast-focused outbound outreach in a remote-friendly US role. You will craft targeted campaigns, generate qualified meetings for Account Executives, and help expand our early-stage pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 8+ months in sales development, familiarity with SaaS, strong communication, CRM experience, and a drive to learn. This role offers a base salary of $60,000 plus equity and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experienced with generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings for Account Executives using qualification criteria.
