Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I Midwest to grow the top of the funnel through proactive outbound campaigns and to generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives. The role supports a remote work model across the US Midwest, including Columbus, with collaboration across Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure compelling first impressions for new customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experienced with generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp's qualification criteria.
• Understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp solves them.
• Identify growth areas and develop outbound strategies.
• Develop strong product knowledge and sales skills.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success for first impressions with new customers.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound lists.
• Maintain accurate client data in HubSpot.
