Checkmarx is the AI-powered application security leader offering the Checkmarx One platform, a cloud-native AppSec solution used by 1,600+ customers in 70+ countries. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to perform creative, organized outreach in a fast-paced environment.

This US-based, fully remote role may involve travel and close collaboration with Account Executives to drive qualified leads and ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in biz dev, lead gen or phone-based roles.
• Experience in SaaS/enterprise/cyber security is advantageous but not essential.
• Fluent English speaker; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and explain technical products and concepts.
• Conduct cold outreach to new prospects and outbound focus.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to refine messaging and strategy.
• Investigate customer problems and identify leads for AEs.
• Track sales activity in SFDC and other tools; meet monthly quotas.
