Job summary

Hightouch is hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate top-of-the-funnel leads and build foundational processes for the commercial sales team. You will outreach to engineers, marketers, and operations teams using cold calls, texts, emails, and campaigns.

You will collaborate with the growth team to target accounts, craft personalized outreach, and guide prospects to our free trial while helping shape sales processes and tactics on a monthly cadence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience engaging customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to prospective accounts via cold-calls, text, email, and campaigns.
• Research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts with growth team.
• Identify channels to drive prospects to the free trial.
• Help define and improve sales processes, strategies, and tactics.
• Execute against monthly quotas.
• Monitor signups in Slack and schedule meetings with sales.
