Job summary

Hightouch, a leading data-activation platform, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join the founding Ad-Studio team. You’ll help build the outbound motion targeting performance marketers, creative and brand teams, shaping messaging and processes with leadership as we stand up a new product motion.

You’ll own outreach to target accounts, craft personalized plays, and drive prospects toward a Hightouch Ad Studio demo while developing the playbook from scratch in a remote-first,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Self-starter with ability to build from zero in a high-growth startup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience engaging customers and prospects (1+ year).
• Interest in tech, marketing, advertising, or data.

Responsibilities

• Outreach directly into prospective customers via calls, text, emails, and campaigns.
• Research target accounts and craft personalized outreach tied to creative pain points.
• Find creative channels and methods to drive demos of Hightouch Ad Studio.
• Help build the outbound playbook, including messaging, tooling, and processes.
• Execute against monthly goals and contribute to rapid iteration of outbound strategy.
