Eventeny is seeking an SDR Manager to lead and develop a team of Development Reps, driving fast qualification and strong handoffs to Software Sales and Enterprise teams. You will implement scalable processes, oversee a multi-channel coverage model, and partner with Growth, Marketing, and Revenue teams to optimize demand generation.

The role is full-time, remote in the United States, with a base salary of $85,000 and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales development, opportunity creation, or similar high-volume SaaS roles.
• 2+ years directly coaching SDRs or quota-bearing reps.
• Proven ability to raise team performance via goals, coaching, QA, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Development Reps to meet goals for response time, qualification, meetings booked, show rate, and pipeline.
• Own coverage model across calls, live chat, form submissions, email, and other inbound channels.
• Develop scalable processes for outbound prospecting, contact nurture, and high-intent retargeting workflows.
