Job summary

Augury is seeking an SDR Manager to lead a high-performing Sales Development team. Fully remote with minimal travel, you will own day-to-day SDR execution, coaching, and pipeline contribution, aligning with AEs and Marketing.

You’ll establish cadence, set targets, and drive outbound plays across verticals, while maintaining CRM hygiene and data-driven performance. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years leading or mentoring sales development professionals.
• Strong outbound fundamentals: prospecting, qualification, objection handling, meeting control.
• Experience with Salesforce and SDR tools (Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs, including hiring and ramp.
• Drive qualified meetings and pipeline through effective outbound playbook.
• Maintain SLA with AEs and ensure CRM hygiene and data quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
• Track metrics and provide weekly results and experiments.
