Wing Assistant - India is hiring a Sales Development Representative with Lead Generation for a remote role. The candidate will generate leads, engage prospects, schedule demos, and manage CRM/inquiries, working US hours from a remote setup.

The role requires 1+ years of sales experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and scheduling systems. This position offers opportunities for growth and a fully remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate required.
• 1 year of sales experience or more and ability to meet quotas.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1) and written/verbal.
• Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication abilities.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity of CRM and VoIP systems.
• Experience with word processing and spreadsheets (MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar).
• Able to work a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by researching and contacting prospective buyers via email, social media, and calls.
• Build a pipeline by contacting potential and existing customers.
• Engage with prospects to determine product/ service fit.
• Schedule demos and meetings with clients.
• Set up and manage a CRM or contact list.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation with sales strategy.
• Set sales goals and report team performance.
• Create, distribute, and analyze customer surveys.
• Perform general administration tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries as first point of contact.
• Complete ad hoc tasks as needed.
