Job summary

Wing is seeking a Sales Development Representative for a remote role. The position involves building a lead pipeline, qualifying prospects, and coordinating demos and CRM setup. You will engage with customers, collaborate with internal teams, and report on sales activity to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in sales, excellent English communication, and strong organizational skills. This is a fully remote role with US work hours and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate.
• 1 year of sales experience and ability to meet/exceed quotas and manage relationships.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Tech savvy; familiar with CRM, VoIP, cloud services, and related tech.
• Experience with word processing and spreadsheets (MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar).
• Proactive with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to build a pipeline of leads.
• Engage with prospects to determine suitability of products/services.
• Schedule product demos and meetings.
• Set up and manage a CRM or contact list.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation with sales strategy.
• Set sales goals to increase revenue and report performance.
• Create, distribute, and analyze customer surveys and data.
• Handle general administration tasks and inquiries as first point of contact.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
