Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate.
• 1 year of sales experience with quota attainment.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal (C1).
• Strong phone, email, and chat communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills in a team setting.
• Tech-savvy with CRM, cloud services, VoIP.
• Experience with word-processing and spreadsheets (MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create a pipeline of leads across channels.
• Qualify opportunities and assess fit for Wing products/services.
• Schedule sales demos and appointments.
• Set up and maintain CRM or contact lists.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation with sales strategy.
• Set and report on sales goals to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare surveys and compile results for analysis.
• Handle general admin tasks and customer inquiries.
