Job summary

Wing is seeking a Sales Development Representative for a remote role to generate and qualify leads, engage with potential customers, and schedule product demos. The role emphasizes building relationships, managing CRM data, and collaborating with teams to align lead generation with sales strategy.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales experience, excellent English communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate course.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience and proven ability to meet quotas.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with CRM, VoIP, and cloud tools.
• Experience with MS Office and online calendars.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads across channels to build a sales pipeline.
• Assess customer needs and align Wing solutions accordingly.
• Schedule product demos and meetings.
• Set up and maintain CRM or contact lists.
• Collaborate with teams to align lead generation with sales goals.
• Set and report on sales targets to drive revenue growth.
• Create and analyze customer surveys and compile results.
• Handle general administration and inquiries as needed.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
