aicente is a remote-first AI platform company hiring an SDR to identify target accounts and craft outreach that earns replies, booking qualified meetings for the AE team. This launchpad role offers a path to closing within 9–12 months.

Your day includes researching lists, executing personalized outreach blocks, qualifying inbound, and handing off to AEs, with a culture of autonomy and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in sales/prospecting or related role
• Excellent written communication for cold outreach
• Resilient, coachable, and consistent in prospecting efforts

Responsibilities

• Prospect and research target accounts; build clean, segmented lists.
• Run multi-channel outreach (email, SMS, social) using the platform’s tools.
• Qualify inbound leads quickly and book demos for AEs.
• Hit weekly activity and meetings-booked targets.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and handoffs to AEs.
