Job summary

SOCi is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive growth for our AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and setting up opportunities alongside Account Executives, with a clear path to becoming an AE.

The position offers a base salary of $50,000 to $60,000 USD plus bonuses/commission, with pay determined by skills, experience, and training.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
• Excellent phone and written communication; pipeline development.
• Ability to work independently or with coaching.
• Experience using Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with AE teams.
• Blueprint key accounts in the territory.
• Call into key accounts to set up discovery calls and demos.
• Run discovery calls and drive deals to next phase.
• Identify expansion opportunities with largest customers.
• Close transactional business for AE team.
• Assist with in-territory gifting programs and events.
• Pre- and post-conference outreach.
• Collaborate with marketing to source sales enablement collateral.
