Fieldwire is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to grow our footprint in the construction industry by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities within the SMB segment. Remote (US) role with a clear growth path into Account Executive or other customer-facing roles.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, driving top-of-funnel activity and creating a pipeline for our Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Coachable and motivated by results.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment.
• Familiarity with outbound tools is a plus.
• Interest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Qualify and engage inbound leads from sign-up flows and campaigns.
• Conduct outbound outreach to generate new opportunities.
• Identify key stakeholders and contact construction professionals.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build a strong pipeline.
• Maintain CRM data in Salesforce.
• Learn and articulate Fieldwire's platform value.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation goals.
