Fieldwire is hiring a Sales Development Representative to grow our SMB footprint in the construction industry. This remote US role focuses on qualifying inbound leads, outbound outreach, and scheduling demos for the Account Executive team.

You will use Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Navigator to build a strong pipeline while learning the Fieldwire platform and industry trends. Expect a metric-driven, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Coachable, curious and results-driven.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify and engage inbound leads from freemium and campaigns.
• Conduct targeted outbound outreach to generate opportunities.
• Identify stakeholders and contact construction professionals at SMBs.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the AE team.
• Collaborate with AEs and specialists to build pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce.
• Learn Fieldwire's construction management platform and trends.
