Fieldwire is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our footprint in the construction industry. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, driving top-of-funnel activity and building a strong pipeline for our Account Executives.

Ideal candidates are eager to break into tech sales, comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, and ready to learn from a high-performing team. This remote US role offers growth into senior sales positions.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
• Coachable, curious, and motivated by results.
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify and engage inbound leads from Freemium sign-up flow and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities.
• Identify key stakeholders and initiate contact with construction professionals at SMBs.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to build pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce).
• Learn and articulate Fieldwire’s construction management platform.
