Job summary

Securly is hiring a remote, U.S.-based BDR to drive top-of-funnel outreach for the safetyOS platform. You will cold-call, email, and connect with district leaders, qualifying opportunities and passing them to Account Executives.

The role offers a strong ramp with ongoing coaching, and opportunities to grow into AE or customer-success tracks. This position emphasizes impact—protecting students—while offering a competitive compensation package and a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume outreach and dialing for results.
• Ability to qualify inbound/outbound leads and move opportunities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and outreach tools for tracking activity.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to K-12 decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for interest, urgency, and fit.
• Tell outcomes and customer stories to illustrate safetyOS value.
• Handle objections by listening and tailoring discussions.
• Keep accurate activity records in Salesforce and Outreach.io.
