Job summary

Securly is hiring a remote, U.S.-based BDR to fuel our top-of-funnel efforts for the safetyOS platform. You will dial, email, and LinkedIn prospect districts, qualify opportunities, and hand leads to Account Executives while collaborating with Marketing and RevOps.

This role offers a $60k base salary plus $30k variable on target earnings, with a $1,000 learning stipend, comprehensive health coverage, unlimited PTO, and a strong onboarding program. No travel, fully remote across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume outbound sales (SDR/BDR) or similar.
• Experience with phone-first sales and outbound channels.
• Interest in K-12 EdTech and student-safety mission.

Responsibilities

• Reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn to K-12 decision-makers.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for interest, urgency, and fit.
• Tell the story with outcomes, customer stories, and market data showing why safetyOS matters.
• Handle objections by listening first and tailoring conversations to district needs.
• Keep records in Salesforce and Outreach.io and research with GovSpend and AI Gems.
• Hand off qualified meetings to Sales in partnership with Marketing and RevOps.
• Keep improving through coaching and data.
