Job summary

Securly is hiring a BDR to own the top of the funnel for the safetyOS platform. This remote, U.S.-based role focuses on high-volume outreach to K-12 decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and handing off qualified meetings to Account Executives.

You’ll work with Marketing and RevOps and report to the Director of Business Development. The role emphasizes structured onboarding, weekly coaching, and a path toward AE or other GTM roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-activity outbound sales (SDR/BDR) or similar.
• SaaS or EdTech experience preferred.
• K-12 EdTech awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outreach to K-12 decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for interest, urgency, and fit.
• Tell the safetyOS value with outcomes and customer stories.
• Address objections with tailored conversations.
• Maintain clean Salesforce/Outreach.io records and leverage GovSpend/AI Gems for research.
• Coordinate handoffs of qualified meetings to Account Executives with Marketing/RevOps.
