Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is seeking an proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound sales efforts for a US-based digital marketing client. Expect high-volume cold calling, qualifying prospects, and booking qualified appointments with senior marketing leaders.

You will work with existing prospect databases and identify new opportunities, maintaining persistence, strong communication, and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR/outbound sales with cold-calling success.
• Experience handling high-volume outbound calling and follow-up.
• Experience booking qualified meetings with measurable metrics.

Responsibilities

• Execute at least 200 outbound dials per day to engage clients.
• Follow up with warm leads and inquiries to book meetings.
• Qualify prospects and schedule qualified appointments.
• Engage with decision-makers from business owners to CMOs.
• Maintain organized CRM and pipeline with accurate records.
• Test and refine outreach approaches for better results.
• Track daily activity and KPIs.
