Job summary

Hire with Reef is seeking an experienced SDR to drive outbound revenue for scaling B2B companies. You’ll own end-to-end outbound campaigns, target decision-makers, and handle everything from prospect research to qualified handoffs to senior closers.

You’ll work directly with client teams, supported by lead intelligence and premium outreach tools, with 15+ qualified appointments per month and clear progression opportunities within the organisation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles.
• Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Fast and reliable internet connection with own device and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers and manage prospect research through handoffs to senior closers.
• Leverage lead intelligence and premium outreach tools to hit revenue targets.
• Collaborate with client teams and senior leadership to scale outbound revenue.
