Qualifications

• 3+ years in outbound/sales leadership
• Experience coaching or managing SDRs
• Excellent writing and able to improve outreach
• Ability to research companies and find angles
• Experience with AI, data and automation in outreach
• Ability to operate independently without a detailed playbook
