Job summary

Zoek Marketing's Spark program is hiring three experienced SDRs to launch it together. You will run 150+ dials a day, lead quick three-minute screening calls, and book 25-minute evaluations with an Account Executive.

This is not an entry-level dialer role. You will be evaluated on shows and closes, with a $45,000 base, uncapped commissions, and a clear path to Account Executive, Senior SDR, and Team Lead as Spark grows. Work from home with health benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in phone-heavy sales, SDR, or appointment setting.
• Able to tell a prospect they do not qualify.
• Able to read a number on a screen and explain its meaning.
• Prefer candidates with service-business sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Run 150+ dials a day using a parallel dialer and target owners from traffic data.
• Lead a focused three-minute screening call and determine qualification for a meeting.
• Verify four qualifying criteria on every call, confirmed, not assumed.
• Book a 25-minute evaluation with an Account Executive and lock it on the calendar.
• Log every call accurately, because logs drive pay.
