Consistent Performance is hiring an experienced appointment setter / SDR to qualify leads and book consults for our senior advisor. This full-time, 100% remote role rewards high performance with commissions.

You will call warm leads, understand the high-ticket space, and work with agency-focused clients to move prospects into the closer's calendar. Ideal candidates have at least 3 months of active dialing experience and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of active appointment setting experience using phone outreach.
• Understanding of the high-ticket space.
• Understanding of agency business models.
