Homebase is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first voice for small business owners. You’ll own the top of the funnel with outbound calls, emails, and social touches, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, tracking conversion rates and optimizing cadences. Expect heavy collaboration with AEs and a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume sales environment.
• Ability to track metrics and optimize outreach.

Responsabilités

• Run a high-volume outbound motion — 100+ dials and 150+ touches per day.
• Prospect and qualify small business owners for onboarding.
• Book 10-15+ qualified discovery calls per week and hand off to AEs with context.
• Maintain CRM hygiene with 100+ logged activities daily.
