Job summary

Builder Prime, a remote-friendly software company serving contractors in windows, doors, and renovations, seeks an Outbound SDR in the US to drive prospecting, qualify leads, and schedule demos. You’ll connect with construction pros, build your pipeline, and collaborate with Account Executives, all while working from home in your time zone.

The role offers a $60k base and $20k commission with uncapped upside, plus training and a supportive team using HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with hands-on prospecting or cold outreach.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote US-based environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities – Engage in strategic outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social channels to connect with potential customers
• Qualify and connect – Identify prospect needs, provide tailored solutions, and schedule qualified demos with our Account Executives
• Own your pipeline – Build and maintain a healthy flow of prospects while collaborating with the sales team on follow-up strategies
• Stay sharp – Become a product expert who can speak confidently about how we solve real problems for our customers, with access to developmental opportunities like sales book clubs and training programs
• Drive results – Track your activities and performance, reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Development. Builder Prime has a structured growth framework with clear metrics that show what success looks like at each stage of your SDR career.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
• Organized and consistent about pipeline follow-up and CRM hygiene
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free space to work from home
