Job summary

Builder Prime is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business remotely in the US. You will prospect, qualify, and set demos, working with Account Executives to grow the sales pipeline. Strong communication, CRM hygiene, and comfort with AI tools are essential.

Base salary is $60,000 with a $20,000 commission target. The team values autonomy, growth, and a supportive remote-first culture with flexible hours and a focus on results.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with hands-on prospecting or cold outreach (calls, emails, D2D, or social)
• Track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can handle objections and advance conversations
• Organized and consistent about pipeline follow-up and CRM hygiene
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) daily
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities – outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels to connect with potential customers
• Tell our story – showcase Builder Prime's value proposition to construction professionals
• Qualify and connect – identify needs, tailor solutions, and schedule qualified demos with Account Executives
• Own your pipeline – maintain a healthy flow of prospects and collaborate on follow-up strategies
• Stay sharp – become a product expert, with access to training programs and sales books
• Drive results – track activities and performance, report to Senior Manager of Sales Development, participate in monthly challenges
