The position supports flexible scheduling within US work authorization, with a Denver/Salt Lake preference and optional office presence. You’ll join a growing team of about 75, backed by Blueprint Equity, using AI tools daily.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales development or outbound prospecting experience.
• Ability to qualify needs and schedule demos for Account Executives.
• Strong communication and time‑management skills in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities through calls, emails, and social channels.
• Qualify prospects and connect with potential customers; schedule qualified demos.
• Own your pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene with the sales team.
• Becoming a product expert to articulate value to customers and learn through trainings.
• Track activities and pipeline targets; operate within our structured growth framework.
