Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with prospecting or cold outreach.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can handle objections and move conversations.
• Organized and consistent about pipeline follow-up and CRM hygiene.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar).
• Reliable internet and a quiet space to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities – engage in outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels.

• Qualify and connect – identify needs, propose solutions, and schedule demos.
