Job summary

Builder Prime is seeking an Outbound SDR to join our 100% remote US team. You will drive prospecting, qualify needs, and schedule demos for our software solutions tailored to contractors in windows, doors, and home improvement trades.

With 1+ years in sales and a strong habit of pipeline management, you'll report to the Senior Manager of Sales Development. The role offers base pay plus commission, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with hands-on prospecting or cold outreach.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and quiet workspace.
• Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities – Engage in strategic outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social channels to connect with potential customers.
• Qualify and connect – Identify prospect needs, provide tailored solutions, and schedule qualified demos with our Account Executives.
• Own your pipeline – Build and maintain a healthy flow of prospects while collaborating with the sales team on follow-up strategies.
• Stay sharp – Become a product expert who can speak confidently about how we solve real problems for our customers, with access to developmental opportunities like sales book clubs and training programs.
• Drive results – Track your activities and performance, reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Development.
• ~ Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
• ~ Organized and consistent about pipeline follow-up and CRM hygiene.
• ~ Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free space to work from home
