Job summary

Össur is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to independently develop and manage the early-stage EmpowerX pipeline in the United States. You will analyze markets, target accounts, and design outreach strategies, hand off to the Business Solutions Manager after qualification, and drive sustained engagement with stakeholders.

You will operate with limited supervision, advancing opportunities, and aligning with Empower leadership to optimize target segments, messaging, and tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3–5 years in consultative business development, healthcare tech sales, SaaS sales, medical sales, or complex inside sales.
• Proven experience identifying target accounts and developing account strategies.
• Experience using CRM data to prioritize work and adjust sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market and prioritize prospects for EmpowerX.
• Generate new leads through research, prospecting, networks, and events.
• Develop account-specific prospecting strategies and outreach plans.
• Own and manage a portfolio of early-stage EmpowerX accounts and forecast pipeline.
