Job summary

Össur is seeking an Empower Sales Development Representative to independently develop and manage the early-stage EmpowerX pipeline across an assigned U.S. market.

You will analyze market opportunities, target accounts, and craft prospecting strategies, leading consultative discovery and determining next steps for opportunities. After qualification, you will hand off opportunities to the Business Solutions Manager who leads demonstrations and later stages of the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in consultative business development or healthcare/ SaaS sales.
• Experience identifying target accounts and building early-stage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market, prioritize accounts, and manage EmpowerX pipeline.
• Lead discovery with diverse stakeholders and assess needs.
• Handoff to Business Solutions Manager with a clear business case.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast for early-stage opportunities.
