Job summary

Össur is seeking an Empower Sales Development Representative to independently manage the early-stage EmpowerX pipeline in a remote-eligible role across listed states. You will analyze markets, prioritize target accounts, create account-specific strategies, and conduct consultative discovery to qualify opportunities for the Empower sales team.

After qualification, you’ll hand off to the Business Solutions Manager for demonstrations and later stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in consultative business development, healthcare technology sales, SaaS sales, medical sales, or complex inside sales.
• Experience identifying target accounts, developing account strategies, generating new leads, and managing an early‑stage sales pipeline.
• Experience using CRM data and market information to prioritize work and adjust sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the assigned market and identify high-potential accounts.
• Generate new leads through research, outbound prospecting, referrals, and digital channels.
• Develop and adjust account-specific prospecting strategies and outreach plans.
• Own and manage a portfolio of prospective accounts with pipeline priorities and early-stage forecasting.
