Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I Central to grow the top of the funnel through outbound campaigns and qualify opportunities for Account Executives. You will leverage active listening to uncover customer problems and articulate how EvenUp can solve them, while building a robust outbound list and maintaining HubSpot data.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experience with generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp’s qualification criteria.
• Utilize active listening to understand customer needs and articulate how EvenUp can help.
• Identify high-potential growth areas and develop outbound strategies.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge to engage prospects effectively.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to craft compelling first impressions for new customers.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound lists.
• Maintain accurate client relationship data within HubSpot.
