Job summary

EvenUp is hiring a Sales Development Representative I for the Northeast. This remote-friendly role supports US-based teams including Boston, New York, Philadelphia and New Jersey.

You will grow the top of the funnel with outbound campaigns, qualify and hand off sales-ready meetings to Account Executives, and partner with Growth, Marketing and Customer Success to create compelling first impressions for new prospects.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of Sales Development experience.
• Familiar with SaaS or service-based models.
• Experience generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp’s qualification criteria.
• Use active listening to understand customer needs and articulate how EvenUp solves them.
• Identify growth areas and develop outbound strategies to target them.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Customer Success to craft compelling first impressions for new customers.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound list.
• Maintain accurate client data within HubSpot.
