Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I Southeast to grow the top of the funnel through outbound campaigns and to qualify opportunities for Account Executives. You will listen closely to customer needs and articulate how EvenUp’s solutions can help, while researching potential accounts and expanding the outbound list.

The role is remote across the US, with a focus on Southeast markets, and offers a competitive $60K base plus equity and commissions.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiar with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experienced with generating outbound leads and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using qualification criteria.
• Listen to customer needs and articulate how EvenUp can solve them.
• Identify growth areas and develop outbound strategies to win them.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success for impactful content and first impressions.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound list.
• Maintain accurate client data in HubSpot.
