Job summary

EvenUp is hiring a Sales Development Representative I Northeast. This fully remote US role requires building the top of the funnel with outbound campaigns and setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.

You’ll learn EvenUp’s products, collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success, and maintain HubSpot data accuracy to ensure strong first impressions for new customers. The position offers equity and commission potential, with a compensation package around $60,000 base plus

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experienced with generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp’s qualification criteria.
• Listen to understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp solves them.
• Identify growth areas and develop outbound strategies.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to create strong first impressions for new customers.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound list.
• Maintain accurate client relationship data within HubSpot.
