Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative I Central to help expand our customer base and drive early engagement with potential clients. You will work remotely within the US, leveraging outbound outreach to qualify opportunities for our Account Executives and advance the sales cycle.

You will collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to craft compelling first impressions, while maintaining clean CRM data and building product knowledge to address client needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experience generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp’s qualification criteria.
• Utilize active listening to understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp helps.
• Identify high-potential growth areas and develop outbound strategies.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success for content and first impressions.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound list.
• Maintain accurate client relationship data within HubSpot.
