Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build and own the outbound sales engine as the company scales. You will work directly with the founders to identify and engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America, accelerating their hiring journey.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in outbound sales or SDR roles, enjoy prospecting, and can manage their own pipeline with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales, business development, or SDR roles.
• Experience prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing your own pipeline.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build Pragmatike's outbound sales engine from zero to one.
• Identify and engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders in Europe and North America.
• Collaborate with founders to shape messaging, workflows, and playbooks.
• Own and iterate on outbound strategy to drive new business.
