Pragmatike is hiring a Sales Development Representative to build our outbound sales engine for startups across Europe and North America. You will open doors, build relationships, and create opportunities from scratch while working directly with the founders.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, own your pipeline, and excel at prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach in a fully remote role with flexible hours and performance-based compensation.

Formación

• 2+ years in outbound sales, B2B or SaaS preferred.
• Proven prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication with pipeline ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Build Pragmatike's outbound sales engine from the ground up.
• Identify and engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders.
• Own messaging, cadence, and qualification of opportunities.
