Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative to build our outbound engine. You will identify and engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America, shaping messaging and workflows.

In this remote freelance role, you’ll own your pipeline, report to the founders, and iterate quickly to create new opportunities. Strong English, B2B SaaS experience, and self-motivation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound sales, business development, or SDR roles selling B2B services or SaaS.
• Proficient at prospecting and generating new opportunities via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing your own pipeline.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Define outbound strategy, messaging, prospecting workflows, and sales playbook.
• Engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders to create opportunities.
• Own and iterate on the outbound function to drive new business.
