Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking an SDR to help build our outbound sales engine and engage startup leaders across Europe and North America. You will work directly with the founders to define messaging, prospecting workflows, and the sales playbook, while owning your pipeline and driving opportunities from scratch.

This role is fully remote with flexible hours and high ownership. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in outbound or SDR roles, excel in prospecting through LinkedIn and email, and communicate

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound sales, business development, or SDR roles.

Responsibilities

• Build the outbound sales engine from zero to one, defining messaging and workflows.
• Engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America.
• Own and optimize the sales pipeline, reporting on progress and results.
• Collaborate with founders to shape go-to-market strategy and outbound playbooks.
