Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build our outbound engine as we grow. You will identify and engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America, working directly with the founders to create opportunities from scratch.

You will help define messaging, workflows, and playbooks, own your pipeline, and enjoy high ownership in a fast-growing company with a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or SDR roles.
• Experience prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach.
• Strong organizational skills and pipeline management.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America.
• Help define outbound strategy, messaging, workflows, and sales playbooks.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with founders to shape go-to-market strategy and generate opportunities.
