Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a B2B SDR/BDR or outbound sales role with demonstrated ability to cold call and book meetings
• Experience with automation and AI tools daily, not just a CRM
• Strong written communication: you can evaluate whether an AI-drafted email sounds right for the prospect and edit it with specificity
• One-person SDR with significant autonomy reporting to Head of GTM

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated email drafts and call tracks; approve, edit or override as needed
• Cold call high-priority prospects identified by the system, focusing on intent signals
• Book discovery meetings for Account Executives; target 8+ meetings per month
• Manage and monitor Apollo sequences; adjust targeting, messaging, timing
• Triage inbound intent signals from Swan.ai to identify primes for outreach
• Operate the SDR Autopilot system and maintain data quality in Attio
• Flag automation issues to Head of GTM with examples and fixes
• Learn to build Zapier automations and contribute to prompt engineering
• Build dashboards and pipelines analytics to surface outbound conversion data
• Own new GTM tooling projects as capability grows
