Dakota Software is seeking an SDR to own outbound pipeline for a B2B SaaS environment. You will work with an AI-driven system to draft outreach, research prospects, and update the CRM while engaging in high-value conversations with decision-makers.

This role emphasizes autonomy and growth toward GTM engineering, with the potential to evolve as you build automation, analytics dashboards, and tooling expertise. Remote position across multiple states.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or Sales cert preferred.
• 1–2+ years in a B2B SDR/BDR/outbound sales role with cold calling experience.
• Comfort working inside automation and AI tools daily, not just a CRM.
• Strong written communication: assess AI-drafted emails and edit with specificity.
• Curiosity about how GTM systems work and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated email drafts and call talk tracks; approve/edit or override as needed.
• Cold call high-priority prospects identified by the system; focus on phone outreach.
• Book 8+ discovery meetings per month for Account Executives.
• Manage and tune Apollo sequences and adjust targeting/messaging.
• Triage inbound intent signals from Swan.ai for outreach decisions.
