Job summary

Dakota Software is seeking an SDR to drive outbound pipeline in a fully remote capacity. You will work with an AI-driven system to research prospects, draft outreach, and update the CRM, while applying your judgment and phone skills.

You will build discovery meetings for the sales team and monitor system performance to improve accuracy and results. This role rewards autonomy and curiosity in GTM engineering growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields; or Sales certificate.
• 1–2+ years in a B2B SDR/BDR or outbound sales role with cold-calling experience.
• Comfort with automation and AI tools; able to edit AI drafts for prospects.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated outreach; approve or edit emails and talk tracks.
• Cold call high-priority prospects flagged by the system.
• Book discovery meetings for Account Executives; target 8+ per month.
• Manage Apollo sequences; adjust targeting and timing based on data.
• Triage inbound intent signals and flag high-potential visitors.
