Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I for the Southeast region. This remote-friendly role supports the Sales Development team, driving outbound campaigns and qualifying opportunities for Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have 8+ months in Sales Development, SaaS familiarity, and strong communication skills. The position offers full-time employment with remote options and a compensation package around $60,000 plus equity and commission.

Qualifications

• 8+ months in Sales Development or similar
• Experience generating outbound opportunities
• Experience with SaaS or service-oriented models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Grow top of funnel via cold outbound campaigns
• Generate sales-ready meetings for Account Executives
• Understand customer needs and communicate EvenUp solutions
• Identify growth areas and outbound strategies
• Build strong sales/product knowledge
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Customer Success
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound lists
• Maintain accurate client data in HubSpot
