Job summary

Dakota Software is seeking an SDR to own the outbound pipeline for a B2B SaaS product. You will operate an AI-driven system for research, messaging, lead scoring, and CRM updates, applying your judgment and phone skills to advance opportunities.

This role leads toward GTM engineering, with exposure to Zapier, Make, and data-driven pipeline analytics, while maintaining high data quality in Attio. Remote position across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields; or Sales certificate preferred.
• 1–2 years in B2B SDR, BDR, or outbound sales with cold-calling experience.
• Comfort working with automation and AI tools daily and understanding data flows between systems.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated drafts and approve or edit outreach based on prospect context.
• Cold call high-priority prospects identified by the system and book discovery meetings.
• Triage inbound signals and manage outbound sequences to drive qualified meetings.
