Job summary

D Dakota Software is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own outbound pipelines in a fully remote role. You will work with an AI-driven system that drafts emails, scores leads, and updates CRM, while you handle high-quality outreach and discovery meetings.

As an entry-to-mid level SDR, you will grow toward GTM engineering, learning Zapier automations, prompt engineering, and analytics while contributing to a scalable outbound program. Remote in multiple states allowed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields; or Sales Certificate.
• 1–2+ years in a B2B SDR/BDR or outbound sales role with demonstrated cold calling ability.
• Experience with CRM software management and documentation preferred.
• Comfort working daily with automation and AI tools beyond a CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; time management required.
• Self-direction with autonomy and reporting to Head of GTM.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated email drafts and call talk tracks; approve, edit, or override.
• Cold call high-priority prospects identified by the system.
• Book discovery meetings for Account Executives; target 8+ meetings/month.
• Manage Apollo sequences; adjust targeting and timing based on data.
• Triage inbound intent signals from Swan.ai for outreach urgency.
• Operate the SDR Autopilot Zapier workflow and flag failures.
• Monitor system performance and data quality in Attio; maintain pipeline accuracy.
• Contribute to prompt engineering and build GTM tooling dashboards.
• Learn to modify Zapier automations and data transformations.
